Strong Start is designed for women who want to feel empowered and confident in the gym. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to level up, these personalized, personal training sessions provide the guidance and support you need to build strength, improve your technique, and crush your goals. With customized programming and real-time feedback, you'll feel stronger, more capable, and ready to take up space—both in the gym and in your life.

Strong Start PLus+

The best of both worlds—personal training (Strong Start) and online coaching combined. Get hands-on support in the gym and the flexibility to train on your own time with a program that’s built just for you. Stay connected, stay accountable, and keep progressing no matter where you are. With the Strong Start Assessment we can create a prescriptive exercise program tailored towards your goals and modify as necessary from week to week.

Yes, we’ll cover calories and macros to support your goals, but the real focus is on empowering you to make confident food choices. You’ll learn to enjoy the foods you love without restriction, creating a sustainable approach to nutrition that supports both your fitness goals and lifestyle.
