I was once like you.
I used to believe I had to look a certain way to be worthy of taking up space in the gym.
I thought that the weight room was for the strong.
So I resorted to training 6 days per week - 2 hours and was constantly undereating.
And it was at that time that I became so obsessed with making sure I could be the best athlete I could be that I was worthy enough to be in the gym.
And through extreme exercise and dieting practices, I’m talking 2 hour training sessions + cardio, and only 1,200 calories.
However, what I found was, I was absolutely miserable and exhausted.
This is why I do what I do.
To show women that when you shift your focus to learning how to lift weights and learn how to fall in love with what your body can do you will be more confident in and out of the gym.
That becoming your strongest self physically, mentally and emotionally will allow you to be happier in all aspects and open so many opportunities for you.
Such as signing up for a powerlifting meet, being able to run in your first marathon, or having the energy to spending time with your family.

Beginners (In-Person ONLY): Strength training can be intimidating. Our personalized training session offers a supportive and guided approach to help you start with confidence and success.
Rehabilitation (In-Person/Hybrid/Online): for those who are currently limited by pain or injury and want to get back to strength training safely and get back to the things they love most!
Athletes (In-Person/Hybrid/Online): Whether you are competitive or recreational. Personalized training can enhance your performance in every aspect of life. You will receive an individualized program to address your weaknesses and help you develop strength, endurance, agility and overall athleticism necessary to excel in your sport.
Pregnancy & Postpartum (In-Person/Hybrid/Online): New or seasoned mom, you will receive a personalized program to understand the challenges and requirements of each trimester. You will receive knowledge and techniques to stay healthy, strong and confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
