  • Rehabilitation (In-Person/Hybrid/Online): for those who are currently limited by pain or injury and want to get back to strength training safely and get back to the things they love most! 

  • Athletes (In-Person/Hybrid/Online): Whether you are competitive or recreational. Personalized training can enhance your performance in every aspect of life. You will receive an individualized program to address your weaknesses and help you develop strength, endurance, agility and overall athleticism necessary to excel in your sport.

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum (In-Person/Hybrid/Online): New or seasoned mom, you will receive a personalized program to understand the challenges and requirements of each trimester. You will receive knowledge and techniques to stay healthy, strong and confident throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Group Programs


Small Group Training: for a motivating + energizing workout experience. These sessions combine personalized attention with the camaraderie of training alongside like-minded individuals.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching (online only): Our 1:1 nutrition coaching program is designed to help you fuel your body to maximize performance in the gym and feel your best in everyday life. Together, we’ll focus on building a positive relationship with food through mindset work, behavior change, and habit tracking. Yes, we’ll cover calories and macros to support your goals, but the real focus is on empowering you to make confident food choices. You’ll learn to enjoy the foods you love without restriction, creating a sustainable approach to nutrition that supports both your fitness goals and lifestyle.
